UFC president and CEO Dana White has named the celebrity he considers the “biggest douchebag ever.”
During a recent episode of The Katie Miller podcast, White, a former amateur boxer and boxing coach, was asked which celebrity he’s had the worst interaction with.
“Oh, Diddy — 100 percent the biggest douchebag ever,” the 56-year-old responded, recalling a meeting with the disgraced hip-hop mogul, real name Sean Combs, at a charity event.
“Tony Hawk used to have these charity events, and when my kids were little, you’d go to these charity events and, like, lots of celebrities would be there. So everybody would do things for each other’s kids,” White said.
The longtime friend and ally of President Donald Trump attended the fundraiser with his young niece, who, at the time, was a fan of Combs’s music.
When Combs arrived, White remembered encouraging his eager niece to approach the music mogul to ask for a picture.
He said that the Bad Boy Records founder was flanked by “f***ing 10 security guards, right? You need security at a f***ing kids event?”
After his niece approached Combs, White said she quickly ran back to him, telling him about her “scary” encounter with Combs’s security team and that she didn’t get a photo.
“They were rude to her and scared her,” the UFC boss claimed. “That’s who’s listening to your f***ing s***ty music, okay? That’s who’s listening to this, okay? Are you f***ing kidding me? And that’s how you’re going to treat some girl that’s a fan and wanted a picture with you?”
The Independent has contacted Combs’s representative for comment.
Combs, 56, is currently behind bars serving a four-year prison sentence on prostitution-related charges.
In 2025, the former rapper was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He escaped more serious charges, including a racketeering charge and two sex trafficking counts. He was sentenced to 50 months in prison and fined $500,000.
He is challenging both his conviction and sentence, while his lawyers are also trying to persuade federal appeals court judges that Combs was treated unfairly at trial, and that the First Amendment should win his freedom.
In written arguments made before the trial judge, Combs’s lawyers included an assertion that Combs’s films of sexual encounters amounted to “amateur pornography” and was protected by the First Amendment.
Prosecutors, however, have argued in court filings that Combs’s recordings don’t make his case a free speech issue.
They said that if Combs was right in claiming that “creative,” “elaborate” and “highly staged” sex acts meant that they were protected by the First Amendment, then “brothels offering elaborate and staged scenes for individuals to have sex with women for payment could claim First Amendment protection.”
