Every mom knows that when it’s time for pushing out a baby, comfort is king. Sure, a hospital with immediate access to emergency help and good drugs is preferred, but that’s not always an option, especially if you’re a cat!

Strawberry was due to birth a litter of Ragdolls, but no one could find her. After a little investigating, the new mama was found with her gorgeous little babies in the place she felt coziest, and it’s so sweet.

Leave it to one of @pearlsragdolls to pull off an adorable heist like this, because all of her kitties are this precious. The sweet Ragdoll mama chose her human sibling Blossom’s bed because it’s where she felt safest, warmest, and most comfortable while she endured labor.

What a shock for the little girl to find, but it’s such an amazing compliment to be the trusted, chosen one! Cat parents understand the privilege that comes with this incredible responsibility. But when it’s about bringing kittens into the world, the gift of being chosen is magnified times a million, and it’s clear Blossom understands the assignment.

No doubt this was stressful for everyone, more so for Blossom and Strawberry. Still, the comments didn’t disappoint, with some noting she’s “now a single mom that works two jobs” to care for *her* babies, and that’s way too cute.

“Strawberry: ‘Your baby sleeps here, why can’t mine??!'” one person wrote. “She’s more stressed than the cat baby daddy,” another joked. Hundreds of others really felt for Blossom, adding, “Lil mama was stressing! She’s like, ‘Are these My babies now!'”

A couple of days later, the proud Miss Strawberry joined the real world long enough to take Mom to meet her feline children. I love when cats do this. She’s practically beaming and can’t wait for her humans to see!

You can tell Strawberry was made to mother. Plus, with such loving humans to help out the Ragdoll mom, those kittens hit the parent lottery!

Known for their sweet temperament and gentle disposition, Ragdolls are affectionate, loving, and friendly kitties who adopt a carefree attitude. With their “ragdoll-like” floppiness and adaptive personalities, there’s no doubt they make good Moms and Dads.

Strawberry is proof of how incredible this breed is, even with giving birth. Choosing Blossom’s bed as her safe haven just goes to show what these special cats will do when they love someone.
