Husky Hilariously Refuses to Leave the Park and Go Home

Published

on

Some dogs can’t get enough of the park and will do anything to stay there as long as possible. For this Siberian Husky named Archer, that means lying down and refusing to move, even as his dad begs him to go!

Archer has a habit of refusing to leave the park, and in this video, you’ll see his reaction when he realizes the walk is almost over. Keep your sound on because at first, his dad is praising him for cooperating. But once Archer catches on, he slows down, trying to convince his dad to stay. What Dad says at the end cracked us up!

Archer refusing to move cracked us up almost as much as his dad telling the strangers, “Don’t get a Husky” did! He admits in the video’s caption, “I’ve never actually had to camp out at the park, but I’ve had more than a few close calls.” We wonder if he had to pick Archer up to get him moving again!

People left some very funny comments about how Archer reacted when he realized his walk was coming to an end. Like @loser who said, “‘And you respect me, and my authority.’ I believe that’s where you lost him.” @Grace Gunawan joked, “Archer: Sounds like a challenge, so challenge accepted, Dad!!!”

@jaz bazails cracked us up with, “The little steps that he takes, like I know we have to go, but very, very slow LOL! I love the chaos they bring!” @Tina pointed out, “Getting a husky is knowing when you leave the house for a walk but not knowing when you’re back home ha ha!” @Ice Foxx agreed, “Huskies are not dogs, they’re toddlers LOL!”

@Emma pointed out, “It’s the fellow husky parent at the end that is the best. Only a husky parent knows!”

While we all got a kick out of the dog’s stubbornness, we’re all also glad that we get to watch it happen instead of having to deal with it ourselves!
