Goldendoodle ‘Scolds’ Mom Over Not Getting To Crying Baby Fast Enough

Goldendoodle ‘Scolds’ Mom Over Not Getting To Crying Baby Fast Enough originally appeared on Parade Pets.
Having a new baby means figuring out how to get to the 572 things you avoided all day while baby naps (because you don’t have time to catch some z’s yourself). Multitasking for efficiency is a skill learned over time, repetition, and sometimes a polite nudge from your dog, who cannot stand when the new human cries!
Sadie the Goldendoodle is a self-appointed babysitter who jumps into action at the mere whimper of the newborn. When Mom’s busy washing bottles, leave it to this pup to put Mom in her place!
The August 14 clip shared by @julissaadurazo91 shows the Goldendoodle commanding Mom to stop what she’s doing and fix that baby! Like a little drill sergeant, Sadie’s not putting up with this volume of wailing for any reason, and she doesn’t hold back in telling Mom all about it.
As the house nanny, Sadie’s just doing her job. Altering the parents to make the crying stop is a small part of that job, but Sadie takes her role very seriously. When it comes to the newborn baby, there’ll be no funny business on her watch!

“She said, ‘Ma’am, please attend your child,'” one person wrote in the comments. “Oh, she’s strict! Lol. Running a tight ship over there,” another noted.
Others couldn’t resist calling out the fact that sweet Sadie said, “Go get my baby NOW,” and that’s all I hear in her tone! The audacity of Mom to take 0.5 seconds to wash bottles is abhorrent, and Sadie won’t tolerate that another moment. No fit-pitching necessary—she’s making her point loud and clear!
It’s not the only time the Doodle is keeping a close eye on her humans. Even while resting, she’s there, lurking in the shadows like the cutest little weirdo.
Goldendoodles Are Great With Kids
When your parents are a Golden Retriever and a Poodle, you’re bound to have oodles of personality, spunk, and concern over loved ones in pain. These pups are ultra sensitive to their family’s needs and have a genuine need to want to help in any way they can.
Friendly, loving, and intelligent, Goldendoodles are the perfect fit in homes with children whom they can diligently look after with pride. Since they’re prone to separation anxiety, you can bet they’ll be the best guardians over those little ones, if only to have some company.
Sadie may not love hearing the baby cry, but at least she cares enough to want Mom to fix it. No doubt, she’ll be the best big sister (she already is)!
