Orange Cat Adorably ‘Claims’ Tiny Human Sibling As ‘His’ Child and It’s Precious

We know that dogs can demonstrate very strong parental instincts and form very close bonds with young animals. These instincts can often extend to human children as well.

Cats also possess these instincts. And they can extend to human babies, too. Just take the orange cat and the human child in this video. This feline has essentially “claimed” this child as his own, and it’s simply too precious.

As you can see from this adorable video, this orange cat really wants the claim this human child as his own.

A comment from Instagram user the_heathermees, who posted this video, stated, “That’s HIS baby and has been from the start.” Well, we think that is kinda hard to argue with, considering how much this orange cat licks that baby in the video, LOL.

We know that many cats have a reputation for being standoffish, but apparently, many of them are also very loving with the humans that they like.

Our feline companions are often celebrated for their maternal instincts due to the nurturing behaviors they often exhibit.

Cats do exhibit strong maternal instincts by nurturing and protecting their young. Mother cats are typically very attentive and affectionate towards their kittens.

Gradually, mother cats will introduce their young to the world around them while teaching them essential survival skills, like hunting, so that they can learn how to fend for themselves.

Interestingly, female cats are also very adaptable. They will adjust their parenting styles to suit their environment and the needs of their kittens. As such, they are also very watchful, knowing how to keep a sharp eye out for predators so that they can protect their young.

Even though the orange cat in this video is clearly not one of this little girl’s parents, this feline’s parental instincts are clearly kicking in.
